Add the wedding before you book.
Put a budget and a spent figure on each part of the day. See what is left, and the cost a guest if you type a guest count. It does not tell you what a wedding should cost.
The template

The cover sits on the printable template. These lines stay blank until you type. The working copy opens after payment.

In the pack
- A template for the venue, food, clothes, rings, flowers, photographs, music, paper, cake, transport, staying over, and gifts.
- The cover image on the printable template.
- Budget, spent, and what is left.
- A guest count, and the spent figure divided by that count.
- A booked or not checklist.
- A notes page and a labelled example with made-up figures.
- Payment schedule. Deposit and the balance still to pay. Dates are yours.
- Who is paying. Split a cost only if someone has agreed. Do not assume a gift.
- Supplier list. A name and a way to reach them. Booked means you have agreed, not that you have paid.

This adds up what you type. It is not a wedding planner’s quote, and it is not financial advice.
