FAQ

Each product is sold once, at the price beside its name. There is no subscription. The calculator is free and is not one of the paid products.

• Photography Kit, £9. A shot planner, a one-page shoot card, starting sets, a rescue list, and a mug example. A phone is enough.
• Listing Kit, £7. A title, 13 tags, a description and a checklist for one product. It does not promise search results.
• Keep Pack, £12. Pricing worksheets for fees, materials, postage and your time, with UK and USA examples. This is not the free calculator.
• Social Media Kit, £12. One product turned into ten posts, plus an idea bank, planners and cards. It does not promise followers, reach or sales.
• Craft Fair Kit, £9. Event costs, a packing list, a stall plan and a review of the day. Event costs are not called profit.
• Custom Order Planner, £12. A typeable brief, materials, hours, the price you charge, approval and dates. It does not set the price or replace a written agreement.
• Kiln Sheet, £12. Electricity, wear, the load, and a share for each piece that came out whole. Full kilowatts for every hour can be higher than the meter. It does not know your tariff or set a price.
• Space Collection Planner, £12. Worksheets to plan one original celestial range. It is not affiliated with NASA or SpaceX. It does not clear a design to sell, and it does not set a price.
• Mission Watch Sheet, £9. For you. Write the time, the steps and a log for one flight. Not a ticket, and not affiliated with NASA or SpaceX.
• Children's Sky Pack, £12. For a child aged 6 to 10, with any adult. Colour planet cards and one evening.
• Space Exploration Pack, £12. For a child aged 6 to 10, with any adult. A pretend trip to one place, planned at home. Not a real trip.
• Bills Sheet, £9. See what leaves the account. This adds up what you type. It is not a budget plan, not a credit check, and not financial advice.
• Wedding Budget, £12. Add the wedding before you book. This adds up what you type. It is not a wedding planner’s quote, and it is not financial advice.
• Income Sheet, £9. See a month when the pay changes. Not tax advice. The set-aside percentage is a number you choose, not a rate from HMRC. Ask an accountant before you rely on it for a return.
• House Move Sheet, £9. Add the move before you go. This adds up what you type. It is not a mortgage illustration, not a survey, and not financial advice.
• Baby Cost Sheet, £9. Add up the first year yourself. Not medical, feeding or childcare advice. Nappies, milk and childcare are your estimates. Ask a clinician or a childcare provider for those decisions.

Is the calculator free?

Yes. The Keep Pack is a separate one-time purchase of £12 GBP. Buying one product does not open the others.

Is this official Etsy?

No. Etsy® is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Atelier Keep is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected with Etsy, Inc. The Space Collection Planner is also independent of NASA and SpaceX. It does not grant rights in their names, logos or photographs.

Are the figures guaranteed?

No. They are estimates. They are not accurate for every country. Your Etsy Payment account wins. None of the kits promises sales, rankings, followers or reach.

How does access work after payment?

Stripe takes the payment. When Stripe confirms it, the confirmation page opens that product in the browser you paid in. Download the file on that page if one is offered. To open the same product on another phone or computer, use Already paid with the checkout email. We do not email the file. Numbers you typed stay on the first device unless you downloaded them. A bank payment that is still pending does not open it.

What if access fails?

Use Already paid with the checkout email. If that finds nothing, email hello@atelierkeep.com within 14 days and include the email you used at checkout and your payment reference. Say which product you bought. If we cannot supply the product, the refund rules on the Refund & Cancellation Policy apply. Those rules do not remove a right the law says you keep.

Can I buy from outside the UK?

Atelier Keep is available internationally. Tax treatment can vary by country and individual circumstances. Where applicable, taxes may be calculated and displayed by our payment provider at checkout. Atelier Keep does not provide tax advice. Prices are in GBP. Each kit is bought separately.

What is the difference between the free calculator and the £12 Keep Pack?

The calculator is free and works in the browser. The £12 Keep Pack is worksheets you fill in, labelled in pounds, including UK and USA examples. The calculator is not a substitute for the pack, and the pack is not the calculator.
