Refund & Cancellation Policy

These rules cover each digital product sold here: Etsy Keep Pack at £12 GBP, the Photography Kit at £9 GBP, the Listing Kit at £7 GBP, the Craft Fair Kit at £9 GBP, the Social Media Kit at £12 GBP, the Custom Order Planner at £12 GBP, the Kiln Sheet at £12 GBP, the Space Collection Planner at £12 GBP, and the household sheets — Bills Sheet at £9 GBP, Wedding Budget at £12 GBP, Income Sheet at £9 GBP, House Move Sheet at £9 GBP, Baby Cost Sheet at £9 GBP. Each is bought separately. No physical item is shipped. The free calculator is not a paid product. The Mission Watch Sheet (£9) is sold on the space desk. The Children's Sky Pack (£12) and the Space Exploration Pack (£12) are sold on the children's pages.

Statutory rights

Nothing on this page removes a cancellation, withdrawal, or refund right that the law says you keep. If you are a consumer in the UK, the EEA, or another country, those local rights still apply where they cannot be waived.

Immediate access

At checkout the immediate-access box is not ticked for you. If you tick it, you ask for the digital product straight away. Where the law lets you agree, you may lose the 14-day (or equivalent) right to cancel once access starts. If the law does not let you give up that right, you still have it.

If the file will not open

If you cannot open the product after a confirmed payment, contact us or use Already paid with the checkout email. We will provide access again. If we cannot do that, we will refund the amount you paid where the law requires it, or where the product cannot be supplied.

Accidental purchase

If you believe you bought a product by mistake, email us as soon as you can, before you use it. We will look at the request. We do not say that every sale is final, because that could conflict with consumer law.
