A residential address is not published on this website.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. This site does not store full card numbers.

What we collect

The name, email and country of residence you type at checkout.
Whether you ticked the boxes asking for the terms and immediate access. That choice is stored in this browser with the order return.
A payment reference from Stripe after a successful payment, so this site can unlock the product.
Technical information your browser sends, such as an IP address, which the host of this website may log to run the site.
There is no contact form on this website. If you email hello@atelierkeep.com, that message is kept in that mailbox.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe’s privacy information is at stripe.com/privacy. Stripe may add tax on its own page. This website does not calculate that tax.

How we use it

To take payment, unlock the product you bought, show a confirmation page, open it again when you use the same email on Already paid, and reply if you email hello@atelierkeep.com. We do not sell your details. We do not email the file.

Analytics

No analytics service, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or advertising tag is installed.

Cookies and local storage

See the Cookie Policy. Essential cookies remember pack access. Local storage keeps your cookie choice, calculator drafts, and worksheet numbers on this device. No analytics service is installed.

How long we keep it

Stripe keeps the payment record under Stripe’s own rules. The unlock cookie in your browser lasts so you can reopen the product on that browser. You can open a paid product again with the same email. You can clear the cookie in your browser settings. Emails you send to hello@atelierkeep.com are kept in that mailbox for as long as needed to answer you and keep a purchase record.

International transfers

Stripe may process payment data outside your country. The website host may also process a request outside your country in order to show the page. We do not name other transfer tools because they are not installed here.

Selling to other countries

The pack price is £12 GBP, one time, no subscription. The other digital products are each priced on their own page, also one time.
Stripe may add VAT, GST or sales tax at checkout depending on the buyer’s country. This website does not calculate that tax. No tax number is published yet.
Stripe may convert the charge from the buyer’s card currency. Any bank or card FX fee is the buyer’s.
Checkout may collect name, email and country of residence for payment, tax and to unlock the product only. Not for advertising.
Etsy fees and payout rules differ by shop country. Calculator figures are estimates, not guaranteed, and are not accurate for every country. The buyer must check their own Etsy Payment account and Etsy’s current fees policy. Rates on this site do not update by themselves. Last checked 29 September 2026.
The seller is a UK sole trader. UK law is the default. Buyers may have extra mandatory consumer rights in their own country. Those rights are not taken away where the law forbids it.
A digital product unlocks in the browser when Stripe confirms payment and the buyer has asked for immediate access. We do not email a file. The same email can open that product again on another browser from the Already paid page.
If the buyer changes device or clears storage, they can use Already paid with the checkout email, or email hello@atelierkeep.com with the Stripe receipt.
If the product does not unlock, they email within 14 days with the payment reference for restore or refund.
An order may be refused or cancelled where payment or applicable law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to use of your personal information, and to complain to a data regulator. Email hello@atelierkeep.com. This page is not a statement that every country’s privacy law has been reviewed by a lawyer.
