Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes.
You must not:
- misuse the website;
- attempt to interfere with its operation;
- copy or reproduce the website or its content without permission;
- use the service for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
Calculator information
The Atelier Keep calculator provides estimates for informational and educational purposes. Calculations are based on information and assumptions available to Atelier Keep at the time of calculation. Platform fees, payment processing fees, taxes, exchange rates, policies and other charges may change. Actual charges may differ from calculator results.
Atelier Keep does not guarantee that any calculation is complete, current or accurate for every seller, transaction, country or circumstance. Users should verify applicable fees and charges using their relevant platform account and official documentation.
- United States territories have no published processing rate. Those boxes stay blank on purpose.
- Listing amounts in local currencies are estimates of Etsy’s $0.20 fee, not a rate Etsy publishes in every currency.
- Stripe may add tax. This site does not calculate it, and that tax has not been confirmed here.
- A saved or emailed worksheet file is labelled in £. On the website, the boxes follow the country you choose.
- Worked examples are UK and USA only.
- A solicitor has not reviewed these words. They do not make the site free from claims.
No professional advice
The website and its content do not constitute tax, legal, accounting, financial, investment or other professional advice. Atelier Keep does not determine whether a particular business, transaction or pricing strategy is appropriate for an individual user. Users are responsible for obtaining professional advice where necessary.
Digital products
Etsy Keep Pack is described on its product page and priced at £12 GBP. It is supplied electronically. No physical product is shipped. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software can open the files.
The other paid products are each described and priced on their own page, including the Photography Kit, the Listing Kit, the Craft Fair Kit, the Social Media Kit, the Custom Order Planner (£12), the Kiln Sheet (£12), the Space Collection Planner (£12), and the household sheets (Bills Sheet, £9; Wedding Budget, £12; Income Sheet, £9; House Move Sheet, £9; Baby Cost Sheet, £9). Each is supplied electronically and bought separately.
The Space desk is the adult watch sheet, £9 once. For a child, with an adult: the Children's Sky Pack at £12, and the Space Exploration Pack at £12. Paying for one does not open the other. They are not part of the maker packs.
If you ask for immediate access and the law lets you agree, you may lose a statutory right to cancel once access begins. Rights the law says cannot be waived are not waived.
Intellectual property
All original Atelier Keep website content, branding, graphics, worksheets, templates, written material and digital products remain the intellectual property of Atelier Keep or its licensors unless otherwise stated. See the Digital Product Licence.
Third-party services
Atelier Keep may refer to or interact with third-party services, including Etsy and Stripe. Atelier Keep is not responsible for changes to third-party services, fees, policies, availability or functionality.
Availability
We aim to keep the website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to applicable law, Atelier Keep will not be responsible for losses arising from reliance on estimates, calculations or information provided by the website where such losses could not reasonably be expected or where the user has failed to independently verify information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. That is the governing law already used for this website. It was not newly invented for this page. Mandatory consumer protections in the country where the customer lives are not affected.
Selling to other countries
- The pack price is £12 GBP, one time, no subscription. The other digital products are each priced on their own page, also one time.
- Stripe may add VAT, GST or sales tax at checkout depending on the buyer’s country. This website does not calculate that tax. No tax number is published yet.
- Stripe may convert the charge from the buyer’s card currency. Any bank or card FX fee is the buyer’s.
- Checkout may collect name, email and country of residence for payment, tax and to unlock the product only. Not for advertising.
- Etsy fees and payout rules differ by shop country. Calculator figures are estimates, not guaranteed, and are not accurate for every country. The buyer must check their own Etsy Payment account and Etsy’s current fees policy. Rates on this site do not update by themselves. Last checked 29 September 2026.
- The seller is a UK sole trader. UK law is the default. Buyers may have extra mandatory consumer rights in their own country. Those rights are not taken away where the law forbids it.
- A digital product unlocks in the browser when Stripe confirms payment and the buyer has asked for immediate access. We do not email a file. The same email can open that product again on another browser from the Already paid page.
- If the buyer changes device or clears storage, they can use Already paid with the checkout email, or email hello@atelierkeep.com with the Stripe receipt.
- If the product does not unlock, they email within 14 days with the payment reference for restore or refund.
- An order may be refused or cancelled where payment or applicable law requires it.
- Support is email only, hello@atelierkeep.com, during UK business days.
